I came with three of my friends and we all enjoyed our stay. We booked this accommodation as it was nearby the Oakland Arena as we attended a concert over two nights. All of the staff we interacted with were very kind and helpful. We enjoyed talking to Anthony after our concerts. He was very friendly and professional, as we were the ladies behind the desk during the day. Our beds were comfortable, experienced no issues in the bathroom, the air-conditioning worked well and we all felt safe during our stay as female travelers.

Good location. The room space is very ample. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. There are laundry and dryer machines, which are very convenient for long-term travel. The breakfast is quite good, with delicious pancakes and excellent coffee.

It was super clean and the parking was free. They lock the doors at night so it feels extra safe and it was fairly easy to navigate.

I loved the location, it was convenient . Breakfast was good and lots of food options around. Close to grocery stores as well and it was quiet at night.

Outside property management was nice, inside was clean, staff were welcoming, building was in great condition inside, hallways were clean and clear, room was in great condition, bathroom was clean and stocked with all supplies.

Flight got in at 1 am. Hotel desk clerk was friendly even at that hour!!! He explained how to extend my stay!!! Breakfast was great! Staff was friendly and kept area clean. Kudos to the staff!!!

The property was exceptionally clean, inside and out. The staff were definitely the shining stars here though, everyone was so kind. This was ultimately the most important part of my stay.

Basic Hampton Inn, not luxurious, but pretty nice for the price point. the property is clean and well maintained the pool is also clean and well maintained tasty breakfast was included the staff from front desk to service to housekeeping was very friendly and helpful. 5 stars for the people working at this hotel!

upon arrival you are greeted by kind and helpful staff. the rooms are great size and the beds are very comfortable. you have TV, microwave, and a mini fridge in your room which was super nice. The complimentary breakfast is SO GOOD and they have so many options. they have parking and 24 hour surveillance and a security guard who walks around the property at nights.
